This week, I got three different comments from the same inspection, two from realtors and one from my client. A realtor I hadn't yet met was covering the inspection for the listing agent and said that she liked how fast the inspection was. It didn't take up a lot of her time. My client's realtor had used me before and commented again on how thorough the inspection was. And my client said, "I've had other inspections before, but this is the first time I ever attended. I'm so glad I did. I really learned a lot. Thank you for how you explained everything."
