Home Buyers Incentives

It's very exciting that so many incentives are available to so many home buyers now and for the next several months. It's a great time for you to buy, and a great time to have that new property inspected by Complete Home Inspection so that you'll know the condition of the property BEFORE you buy.

First-time home buyers have a deadline now of having a binding contract signed by the end of April 2010 and closing on the property by the beginning of July 2010 in order to qualify for the tax credit.
