The new buyer had seen my inspection report from five years ago and felt it was "so thorough and detailed" that he wanted me to inspect the house again to see what had been fixed from before and what had changed in the interim. It's always interesting to see which Recommended Repairs from the original inspection have been completed, which were ignored, and what condition the house is in now.
