Home Buyers Credit

Regardless of whether you get all the paperwork done in time for the various Home Buyers Credits offered by the government, make sure you include a Complete Home Inspection in your buying process.

Even after the flurry of activity dies down and the market returns to normal, it's still critical to find out the condition of the property you're considering. It's simply too big of an investment on your part. Gather all of the information that you can so that you make an informed decision.

Your Complete Home Inspection results in a computerized report, complete with photos, that details the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. It's the best possible way for you to know what you're getting into.

And, as the selling market quiets down a bit, consider doing a Seller's Inspection. It's a great sales tool allowing your prosepctive buyers to know that the property has already been inspected and that your Disclosure Form is about as thorough as can be.

Whole house inspections, radon testing, mold testing and more, we do it all for you. Complete Home Inspection, 913-268-0222.
