Having done a couple of home inspections for them over the years, a couple now wanted me to inspect the house their daughter, a first-time buyer, was purchasing. All three - mom, dad, and daughter - attended the inspection. Dad followed me around the most during the inspection. Two different times as we examined some defects in the condition of the house, he said, "And that's why we have YOU inspecting this house", and "You're awesome." Then, in reply to receiving the written inspection report on the house, he wrote, "Thanks, Miki! Again - we appreciate your fitting us in on such short notice, especially in a holiday weekend - and your getting the report to us next-day. Top-notch service for sure.
